b-software provides a multi-tenant SaaS booking management platform. These terms govern the relationship between b-software and the Business Tenant.
Ownership: You retain full ownership of all client and booking data uploaded to your workspace.
No Lock-in: In accordance with the EU Data Act, you have the right to export your data at any time in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON) via your settings dashboard.
Services are billed monthly or annually. Changes to subscription plans take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. All payments are processed via Stripe.
To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, b-software shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. The competent court in Vienna, Austria, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, all data associated with your workspace will be permanently deleted after a grace period of 30 days, unless a manual deletion is requested earlier.
